Subject: Additional Borrowing Facility
SLIPIT has renegotiated its existing £85m term loan facility with The Royal Bank
of Scotland plc by reducing the applicable interest margin from 0.675% to 0.6%.
All other terms of the loan remain unchanged.
In addition SLIPIT has put in place a £30m revolving credit facility, where the
interest rate is floating at Libor plus a margin of 0.6%.
