Andrew  Walker,  Non-Executive  Director,  has  confirmed  to  the  Company that
Brintons Limited, a company of which he was recently a director, was placed into
administration on 2 September 2011.

Save  as disclosed above, there is no  further information to be disclosed under
the AIM Rules.
