Smith, Group Finance Director, purchased on the same day 30,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 16p per share.
Following the purchase of these shares, Chris Smith owns 68,235 ordinary shares
representing 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
