Statement regarding indicative proposal to abrdn Property Income Trust Limited

Urban Logistics REIT PLC ("Urban Logistics" or the "Company") notes the statement released by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Panel") earlier today.  The Takeover Panel have now set 5.00pm on 13 March 2024 as the time and date by which Urban Logistics must clarify its intentions with regard to any offer for API.

Urban Logistics will continue its dialogue with API and its advisers and its due diligence.

There can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made. A further announcement will be made in due course.
