6-monthly Tender Offer

In light of the Company's Ordinary shares trading, on average, at a small premium to net asset value per share for the last 12 months, the Board intends to exercise its discretion not to conduct a tender offer at the 31 December 2011 tender date.

It remains the Board's intention to consider a regular tender offer at 6-monthly intervals and to offer shareholders the opportunity to tender their Ordinary shares where it is in their interest to do so. Accordingly, the next review by the Board will be in 6 months' time, prior to the 30 June 2012 tender date.
