Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue as at 31 January 2015 was 70,635,290 (excluding treasury shares)  with each ordinary share holding one voting right.  There were 991,885 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

The figure of 70,635,290 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
