Total Voting Rights  

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue as at 31 July 2015 is 65,947,670 (excluding treasury shares) with each ordinary share holding one voting right.  As at 31 July 2015, there are 5,679,505 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

The figure of 65,947,670 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
