Early ShoWare Sales Traction
- ShoWare™ wins 11 new clients and one significant renewal across three regions -

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the AIM listed premier technology solutions provider to the attractions and leisure industry, is pleased to report early progress following the November acquisition of VisionOne Worldwide Ltd and their ShoWare™ ticketing platform.
The recently acquired company has redefined how facilities and event planners sell tickets to their patrons, and eleven venues across the USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil have all signed new agreements to utilise the ShoWare™ solution since the acquisition was announced.
In the USA, the Lesher Center for the Arts in California and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Lake Tahoe have signed rolling 12 month contracts. In Mexico, ShoWare™ has secured an exciting new opportunity as premier provider for the rapidly expanding Fontecan España inflatable water parks business, and in Brazil, ShoWare™ will be rolled out at the 1,200 capacity Prime Hall in Campinas, Sao Paulo. The Philharmonic Orchestra, based in Calgary, Canada has also agreed to a three year contract renewal.
Alongside the successes mentioned above, seven further venues have agreed new contracts to leverage the ShoWare™ solution, including the Teton County Fair, Kiwanis Wyoming County Fair and Northland Performing Arts in the USA, the Cine Joia in Brazil, and independent producer Eduardo Paz and events companies Daniella Producciones and APM Producciones, all in Mexico.
These wins underline the strategic value of the acquisition to the Group in extending accesso's ticketing sales opportunity into previously untapped leisure verticals. Notably, it will provide a profitable and repeatable revenue stream where assigned seating is a key component of the visitor experience.
The ShoWare™ ticketing solution is the leading, customisable cloud based Software-as-a-Service ('SaaS') ticket sales and distribution solution for operators and is now used in more than 485 venues and leisure organisations throughout North and South America.
