Placing Shares Admitted and Total Voting Rights

 

Accrol Group Holdings plc ("Accrol" or the "Company"), the leading independent tissue converter in the UK, notes that the 53,333,334 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the recently announced Placing to raise £8.0 million have been admitted to trading earlier today ("Admission"). 

 

Following Admission, there are 182,345,336 ordinary shares of £0.001 in the capital of Accrol in issue, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is therefore 182,345,336. Accordingly, this number should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
