The Company announces that on 10th October 2007 the following director of Accsys
Technologies was granted options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option
Scheme to subscribe for a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares (the 'Options') of
€0.01 at a price of €3.80 per share being the market value of an ordinary share
on the date of grant.


Subject to certain performance criteria being met, the Options will vest in
three separate and equal instalments starting not before October 2008.
