Accsys Technologies PLC ('Accsys' or 'the Company')
Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which carries
voting rights as of 30th April 2007 is €1,406,456.19 and consists of 140,645,619
ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with one voting right per ordinary share, all of
which have been admitted to trading on AiM. None of the ordinary shares are
held by the Company in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 140,645,619.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
