The Board of Accuma announces that Mr Charles Howson, Chief Executive, has today
purchased 67,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 73p pence per
share.


Charles Howson is now interested in 6,986,000 ordinary shares in the Group
representing 21.37 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
