Exercise of Options/Directors Dealings
Accuma Group Plc ('Accuma' or' the Company') announces that it has made
application for 300,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AiM
following the exercise of options over 300,000 new ordinary shares by Charles
Taylor at a price of 10 pence per share for 150,000 shares and 16.4 per share
for a further 150,000 shares. These shares are expected to be admitted to
trading on AiM on 3 August 2006. Following the exercise of these options Accuma
will have 26,030,067 ordinary shares in issue.
In order to satisfy his tax liabilities on the options he exercised, Charles
Taylor sold 165,000 shares at a price of 291.34p per share. Charles Taylor now
holds 135,000 shares representing 0.52% per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
