ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

CHANGE IN ADMINISTRATOR AND CUSTODIAN

With effect from 1 April 2015 the company secretary and administrator will change from JTC (Guernsey) Ltd to Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Ltd.

With effect from 1 April 2015 the custodian of the Company will change from BNP Paribas Securities Services SCA to Northern Trust (Guernsey) Ltd, PO Box 71, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands GY1 3QL.

It is not expected that the change in administrator and custodian will give rise to any material change in the fees charged for these services.
