ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a second interim dividend of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2014.

This represents an increase of 8.33% compared with the corresponding second and third interim dividends both paid together on 28 June 2013, which consisted of a 2.00 pence and a 1.00 pence (3.00 pence in aggregate) dividend payment respectively.
