ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT - DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The following amendment has been made to the Dividend Declaration announcement released 22 February 2010 at 15.46 under RNS No 5000H.

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share (2009: 1.5 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2010.

All other details remain unchanged.

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited (the "Company") have declared a first interim dividend of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share (2009: 1.5 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2010.

Whilst the Company's revenue projection for the current year remains healthy the directors have considered it prudent to maintain the interim dividends at a lower level.

The Board will keep the level of future interim dividends under review.
