quantity advised as sold by Exeter Investment Group plc should have been 75,000
instead of 750,000 shares. All other details remain the same.



Following a sale of 75,000 shares on 27 February 2004, the Company has been
informed that Exeter Investment Group plc is interested in 3,195,000 shares
representing 10.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
