ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED (the 'Company')

PARTIAL REPAYMENT OF BANK LOAN

The Company announces a partial repayment of £200,000 of the loan from Bank Of Scotland on 27 February 2009, reducing the amount of the outstanding loan to £4,200,000.

The Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share of 80.41 pence as at 27 February 2009, announced on 5 March 2009, reflects the above partial loan repayment.
