Total Voting Rights
As at 22 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 71,364,180 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 22 March 2022 is therefore 71,364,180.
The above figure (71,364,180 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
