ACTIF GROUP PLC
Board Change
Martin Lent has announced his intention to resign as Chief Executive of Actif
Group plc with effect from 31 July 2001, and has agreed to make his services
available to the Company on a consultancy basis until April 2002.
Martin joined the company eight years ago and in that time the Company has
grown its turnover from £700,000 to £23,000,000 per annum. The Company was
successfully floated on AIM last year.
An announcement as to the appointment of a new Chief Executive will be made
shortly.
Martin Lent commented:
'I have enjoyed participating in the rapid growth of the Company and the
development of the ELLE brand in the UK and Europe. I wish the Company well
and am looking forward to pursuing other business interests.'
David Brock (Chairman) commented:
'I would like to thank Martin for his contribution to the expansion of the
business and wish him all the best for the future.'
The Board confirms that current trading is in line with market expectations.
