                      DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS AND BOARD CHANGE

On 16 September 2005 Viatrade PLC sold 600,000 of its holding of 800,000
Ordinary Shares of 5p each via a placing with S.V.S. Securities at a price of
17p per share with a discount of 25% for volume, giving a net price of 12.75p.
Under the terms of the Viatrade Investment Agreement, Richard Henstock, Chairman
of Viatrade PLC, has tendered his resignation from his position as a
non-executive director of the Company.

Kevin Gilmore, Executive Chairman, said 'It is with regret that I have accepted
on behalf of the Company Richard Henstock's resignation as a non-executive
director, since he has made a valuable contribution and given the Company the
benefit of his wide experience, but I understand the need to accord with his
company's change of strategy and wish him and Viatrade every success'
