companies are interested in 16,937,661 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('
Ordinary Shares'), representing 11.92 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital. This interest comprises a beneficial interest of 165,161 Ordinary
Shares and a non-beneficial interest of 16,772,500 Ordinary Shares, as detailed
