CareCapital Group Plc (AIM: "CARE"), the AIM listed developer and investor in healthcare properties, announces that it has today posted a circular to shareholders giving notice of a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 19 September 2011 at the offices of Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, 180 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QZ.  The purpose of the General Meeting is to seek shareholder approval for the Disposal of the German Property Portfolio as announced on 31 August 2011.
