                           Progress on ongoing project


CareCapital, the AIM listed healthcare real estate company, is pleased to
announce that it has acquired the shell structure for a 1,153 sq m Dental
Facility in Folkestone, with the development in line for completion by the end
of March 2008.


The £3.5 million facility, which forms part of the current Town Centre
regeneration programme, will comprise of 14 dental suites, a dental laboratory
and training facilities. The development has been pre-let to Phoenix Dental
Management Ltd on a 21 year term.
