AGM Statement...ADVFN is now the leading website for private investors in the UK

At the Annual General Meeting of ADVFN Plc held yesterday, all of the
resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. All the directors who sought
re-appointment were re-elected at the AGM including the new Executive director
Ray Negus.

Clement Chamber CEO of ADVFN said:

ADVFN is the UK's leading private investor web site. We have achieved this
position by offering quality products to a quality audience who buy
subscriptions and attract premium sponsors to ADVFN.

We have rolled out a plethora of new product in 2002. This build out of the
ADVFN site has grown its user base and boosted its revenue streams. We will
continue to pursue this strategy with vigour.

2003 is set to see ADVFN continue to grow in line with its past performance. We
are currently achieving historically high levels of revenue. We are confident
that we can maintain growth without allowing for any positive change in market
conditions. If stock market conditions were to become favourable we would
anticipate significantly accelerated growth.
