              ADVFN.COM PLC BECOMES BREATHE's PREFERRED SUPPLIER

                            OF SHARES INFORMATION


ADVFN.COM PLC, (LSE: AFN), ('ADVFN'), one of the UK's foremost providers of
financial information, today announces that it has signed an agreement with
breathe, one of the UK's leading mobile internet portals.

Under the terms of the agreement, ADVFN will be breathe's preferred supplier
of share information to both its mobile internet portal and its fixed line
internet service. Information supplied will include real-time share prices,
top price movers, company news and announcements.

Commenting on the agreement, Michael Boydell, Managing Director of ADVFN,
