pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Anthony Bernard Emmet as a
non-executive director.

Robert Emmet, aged 42 is co-founder of Emmet Green Associates Ltd., a
Leading Hi-tech and City Headhunting company.  His focus has ncreasingly moved
towards e-business.  Prior to this he was a Senior Consultant with TMP
Worldwide.

Having graduated from Bath University in 1980, he joined Ernst and Whinney
where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  In 1985, he joined Hoare Govett
as a Financial Accountant in the lead up to Big Bang.  He spent time with
Auspex Inc., a Silicon Valley company  whicj manufactured and sold high
availability file servers before moving to Nurdin & Peacock Plc as Acting
Chief Financial Accountant where he was directly involved with the integration
of its business into Booker PLC.
