CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr Barry Rourke and Mrs Yolanda Bolleurs have submitted their resignations from the Board of Directors.

On behalf of the Company, the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Rourke for his service and valuable contribution to the Company over the years. Mr Rourke was appointed to the Board of Afarak on 8 May 2015 and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee between May 2015 and  June 2019,  and Chairman of the Board between June  2019 and November 2019.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors would like to thank Mrs Bolleurs for her service and valuable support to the Company this year. Mrs Bolleurs was appointed to the Board of Directors of Afarak Group Plc 25 June 2019 and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee between June 2019 and November 2019.

While thanking Mr Rourke and Mrs Yolanda Bolleurs for their service to the Company, the Board of Directors wishes them further successes in their future endeavours.

Mr Thorstein Abrahamsen has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors, he has served as independent Director of the Board of Afarak Group plc since May 23^rd 2017.

The whole Board will also take over the work of different Committees.

The Company welcomes Mr Thorstein Abrahamsen in his new role and wishes him further success in realizing the Company’s goals and objectives.
