ONE SHAREHOLDER WITHDRAWS THE PETITION PRESENTED TO THE FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY

The Company has received a copy of a letter sent by Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority informing it that it is withdrawing from the petition presented by a group of shareholders on 18 September 2017. Out of the group of shareholders holding 10.79 per cent shareholding that presented the petition, Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy held 4.73 per cent.

The Company does not have any other information from the FIN-FSA on the petition and the process.
