AIM Rule 17 Notice
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, announces pursuant to the requirements of (v) and (vi) of Schedule Two (g) to the AIM Rules for Companies, that Tim Yeo, Non-Executive Chairman, has informed the Company that:
· Mr Yeo was a director of TMO Renewables Limited at the time the company entered administration on 19 December 2013;
· Mr Yeo was a director of ITI Energy Limited until 2 April 2013 before the company entered administration on 8 November 2013; and
· Mr Yeo was a director of First London plc until 22 March 2010 before the company entered administration on 25 June 2010.
