                            Director's shareholding

The Company has today been informed by Mr P Wilde, a non-executive director of
the Company, that following the granting of probate he has acquired a further
10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') for no consideration and
now holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.28% of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
