The Company announces that it has published Annual Report and Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2006 ('Annual Report'). Due to today's postal strike, the
Annual Report will be posted to shareholders tomorrow, 30 June 2007.

For the information of investors and shareholders alike, copies of the Annual
Report will be available for at least one month, free of charge, at the
Company's offices being Mardall House, 7-9 Vaughan Road, Harpenden,
