Amino appoints Karl Tempest-Mitchell as new VP Global Sales

Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for in-home multimedia distribution, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Karl Tempest-Mitchell as its VP Global Sales.

With over 20 years' experience in the set-top box market, Karl joins the Company's executive team with responsibility for driving sales of Amino's recently announced IP-based solutions portfolio for the connected home.

Previously, Karl was Executive VP and General Manager at AirTies Wireless Networks where he had responsibility for the Broadcast Business Unit. Prior to this, he held senior global sales and marketing roles at set-top box manufacturers Echostar and ADB.

Commenting on the appointment, Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of Amino, said: "Karl brings a wealth of global sales experience to Amino and an in-depth knowledge of our industry and its key trends and drivers.
