Amino Technologies plc ('Amino' or the 'Group'; AIM: AMO), the Cambridge-based broadband network software and systems group, announces that Bob Giddy has today stepped down as a Director of the Group.
Bob, who was succeeded by Andrew Burke as Chief Executive Officer in June this year, has played a pivotal role in the development and stewardship of Amino since 2001. The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to Bob for his commitment and dedication to the Group over the course of the past seven years.
Keith Todd, non-Executive Chairman of Amino said:
