TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES, DIRECTOR'S DEALING AND EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
Amino Technologies plc ('Amino' or the 'Company') (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 2 September 2014 it transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') out of treasury to Keith Todd, Chairman, following the exercise by Mr. Todd of options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares. The options were exercised at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this exercise, Mr. Todd holds 381,983 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.69 per cent. of the voting rights of Amino.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 2,744,857 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 55,148,195. The above figure of 55,148,195 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
