                               Holding in Company


On 15 January 2007, the Company received notification from Schroder Investment
Management Limited that it has an interest in 9,665,647 shares in the Company
(representing some 16.590 per cent. of the total number of shares in issue,)
which are held in portfolios managed by it on a discretionary basis for clients
under investment management agreements.


Included in this figure are:-


(i) 2,783,886 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliated
company, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (SUTL), and registered or to be registered
in the name of Chase Nominees Limited;


(ii) 6,881,761 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name of
Schroder Nominees. The registration details are as follows:

The Company also receieved notification on 19 January 2007 from Schroder
Investment Management Limited, that it has an interest in 9,914,647 shares in
the Company (representing some 17.017 per cent. of the total number of shares in
issue,) which are held in portfolios managed by it on a discretionary basis for
clients under investment management agreements.


Included in this figure are:-


(i) 3,032,886 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliated
company, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (SUTL), and registered or to be registered
in the name of Chase Nominees Limited;


(ii) 6,881,761 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name of
Schroder Nominees. The registration details are as follows:
