On 10 September 2007, the Company received notification from Investment Solution
Partners that Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 1,862,500 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 3.19
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital as a result of a recent
purchase of Ordinary Shares.
