Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Amino Technologies plc (LSE:AMO) the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2009 ("Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Group will be held at the offices of KBC Peel Hunt, 111 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1PH on 31 March 2010 at 10am.
