                    PLACING OF 7,200,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES

The Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company
held earlier today, the resolutions necessary to approve and effect the placing
of 7,200,000 new ordinary shares in the Company were approved.

Admission of 7,200,000 new ordinary shares in the Company is expected to take
place on 17 May 2005.
