Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed group focussed on the agricultural and logistics sectors in central and southern Africa, received notification on 11 April 2011 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 5 April 2011, J.M. Finn & Co. Limited, as investment advisors for J.M. Finn Nominees Limited, now holds a total of 27,376,827 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.95% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Agriterra.
