Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed pan African agricultural company, received notification on 14 September 2012 that following a disposal of 10,452,575 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 13 September 2012 2012, Libra Advisors LLC, as investment advisors for Libra Fund, LP, now holds a total of 52,729,574 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.98% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Agriterra.
