New Epic and Website Address

Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed investing company focussed on the agricultural sector in central and southern Africa, announces that following shareholder approval obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 6 January, the name change to Agriterra Limited and new TIDM, 'AGTA', have taken effect.  

Shareholders are advised that existing share certificates in the name of White Nile Limited will remain valid, and that any new share certificates which are issued by the Company will be issued in the name of Agriterra Limited. 

In order to reflect the new name and strategy, the Company has launched its new website which can be found at www.agriterra-ltd.com.
