The Company has been informed today that the 2,715,614 Ordinary Shares held by Shellbay Investments Limited have been transferred to Galloway Limited. As a result, Galloway Limited is now interested in 5,455,313 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.5% of Company's issued capital.

Both Shellbay Investments Limited and Galloway Limited are indirectly owned by Jim Mellon, the Company's Chairman.
