Change of name to AIREA plc

Sirdar, the UK based floor coverings business, announces that a circular
convening an extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') to be held at 2.00 pm on 11
December 2007, has been posted to shareholders today.  At the EGM a special
resolution will be proposed to change the name of the Company to AIREA plc.

The directors of the Company believe that the change of name to AIREA plc
reflects the core business of the Company, floor coverings, has a relationship
with space and is fresh, modern and timeless.

If the special resolution is passed, the change of name will be effective from
12 December 2007.
