The Company was informed yesterday that, due to the termination of a family 
settlement, Mr and Mrs G A Upsdell are now interested in 2,106,614 ordinary 
shares representing 4.56% of the issued share capital of the Company 
(previously 2,606,190 representing 5.64%) and that Mrs C J Tobin is now 
interested in 3,502,668 ordinary shares representing 7.57% of the issued share 
capital of the Company (previously 3,802,668 representing 8.22%).

The Company has 46,242,455 ordinary shares in issue.
