Result of EGM
The Company is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting
held earlier today, the ordinary resolution was duly passed.
As a result of the resolution being passed, the Company's wholly owned
subsidiaries, Sirdar Spinning Limited and Ryalux Carpets Limited, are to dispose
of their freehold properties at Bective Mills and Ensor Mill respectively to
Stirling Investments. Completion is expected to take place tomorrow.
