Result of EGM and change of registered office


The Company is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting
held yesterday, the proposed special resolution was duly passed.


As a result of the resolution being passed, the Company's name will be changed
to AIREA plc with effect from today.


The Company also announces that it has agreed to change its registered office 
address to:

The Green
Ossett
Wakefield
WF5 0AN

This change will become effective within the next few days.
