The  Board of Crown Place VCT PLC  announces that, with effect from 27 September
2010, Mr Geoffrey Vero will retire as a non executive director of the Company.

The  Board would like  to thank Mr  Vero for his  invaluable contribution to the
Company over the past five years.

There  are no  further details  required to  be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs
9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
