CROWN PLACE VCT PLC - BOARD CHANGES
This announcement includes information required under LR 9.6.
In the Crown Place VCT PLC Annual Report for 2011, it was stated that, in accordance with best practice to ensure a planned and progressive refreshing of the Board, Vikram Lall CBE had indicated to the Board that he wished to retire as a Director of the Company once a suitable replacement had been found.
The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC ('Crown Place') now announces that, following a formal and extensive selection process which included the use of a recruitment search firm, RICHARD HUNTINGFORD has been appointed to the Board with effect from today's date, and that accordingly Vikram Lall has stepped down.
Vikram became a Director of Crown Place in January 2006 and had previously been a director of Murray VCT PLC and Murray VCT 2 PLC since their incorporation. The Board wishes to thank Vikram Lall for his significant input into Board discussions and his valuable contribution to the Company over many years.

He also served as a NED of Virgin Mobile in 2005-6 prior to that company's acquisition by NTL.
