The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from
H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the 1.25 pence per share dividend (0.8 pence to be
paid out of revenue profits and 0.45 pence out of realised capital gains) as
detailed in the Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 June 2007 and in the
announcement of these results on 10 October 2007.

This dividend will be paid on 28 December 2007 to shareholders on the register
on 30 November 2007.
